The property is fairly clean and absolutely amazing. New-fashioned, functional room with a king bed, and very courteous staff. Great breakfast with a lot of excellent foods. Excellent service too. Amazing pool to relax in too. Great location, 10 minutes' walk to Bolivar Park. And near to the best restaurants.

Overall, it's brilliant base for exploring Cartagena attractions. Its rooms are quiet, had a very delightful stay on a business trip. The bathroom is good, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the staff are very courteous.

Greatly enjoyed our enjoyable stay on a business trip. The hotel was clean based in a Colonial style building with very amiable and extremely helpful staff. We had a great breakfast in the restaurant. The property room was comfortable modern and functional with good balcony and a terrace, as for instance. The hotel was placed in the central location to be ordered for us for the next morning to take us to the airport. We ordered lunch at Maria, located extremely close to the venue.

We stayed at this hotel in the heart of the old town and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Despite the noise from the clock tower, it was ideal to be in the very center of everything. The service was exceptional with 24-hour room service and car hire available. The room amenities were great, including free Wi-Fi in rooms, air conditioning, and a fridge. But the standout feature was definitely the rooftop pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We ate at a GOOD restaurant with good food and great staff and service. The location was convenient for walking around Cartagena's Pegasos's Wharf.

The location of Nh Cartagena Urban Royal is unbeatable, with easy access to bars, restaurants, taxis, and the waterfront. The rooftop views are truly stunning, providing the best vistas in the city.

the hotel was excellent and the staff was attentive, it had stunning location very close to the port leaving to the islands. the breakfast was great and served in the restaurant with good choice of food. location: the venue was next to cartagena as well as the best restaurants. there was don juan next to the hotel. thanks to an excellent service i had an absolutely amazing stay.

I loved staying at this hotel! Firstly, the location was absolutely amazing. It was right by the clock tower, which meant we were in the very center of the old town. Being in the best area of the old city of Cartagena made exploring so convenient. Secondly, the service and staff were top-notch. They were always friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. Another great aspect was the rooms. We stayed on the 5th floor and our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with breakfast included. And speaking of breakfast, the selection was delicious and definitely worth the price. this hotel provided great value for money.
